Democratic candidate in the 10th congressional district Brad Schneider released a video ad Tuesday featuring President Barack Obama.
"It is a true honor to have the support of Barack Obama and I am incredibly grateful for his help communicating our message," Schneider said. "From equality to expanding healthcare, I am committed to protecting the progress we have made over the last eight years, and I look forward to working with Hillary Clinton to build on Obama's legacy by finally passing comprehensive immigration reform and commonsense gun safety legislation."
Obama highlighted the "high stakes" in this election cycle in the ad, which will begin airing on TV and online this week. Obama says a vote for Schneider is a vote to protect women's rights, Medicare and Social Security, and pass "commonsense" gun laws.
