Federal prosecutors are investigating spending and other problems at the College of DuPage. Illinois education officials and DuPage County prosecutors have already launched their own probes into the college.
Via a Freedom of Information Act request, the Chicago Tribune got a hold of subpoenas that were issued to college administrators on Monday. The subpoenas cover contracts with the college's fundraising foundation, credits given to students in the police training program, and expenses filed by the Glen Ellyn school's administrators.
A rep for the College of DuPage and its foundation says the school is cooperating with investigators and "are confident in the proper conduct of their affairs."
