Sarah Palin is in Illinois tonight for a GOP fundraiser in Rosemont.  While the party's U.S. Senate nominee, Mark Kirk, won't be there, Alexi Giannoulias' campaign is using her visit as an occasion to remind folks that Kirk sought her endorsement last year and that they both proposed repealing the Democrats' health care package.  Watch their new web ad:

UPDATE (12 p.m.): Giannoulias also appeared on WFLD's Good Day Chicago this morning to talk about the web ad.  He told viewers that Kirk is "in lockstep" with Palin. Watch the full interview here.
