House Speaker Michael Madigan made an appearance on WGN's John Williams Show today where he suggested that Gov. Pat Quinn could have the final say in selecting his running mate. "If the governor were to come before the [Democratic State Central Committee] and say, 'My choice is somebody,' the committee would go along with that."  Listen.
