Jesse Jackson Jr. and Sandi Jackson are expected to plead guilty to the charges filed against them last week by the feds, according to reports.
On Friday, the federal government filed charges against both former congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. and former Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson. Four felony charges were filed against Jackson Jr., including making false statements, mail and wire fraud, and conspiracy. A single charge of filing false tax returns was filed against Sandi.
The two are expected to appear in federal court Wednesday, with Jackson Jr. expected at 9:30 a.m. and Sandi at 1:30 p.m. Both are set to appear in front of U.S. District Court Judge Robert L. Wilkins.
