The nation's unemployment rate has fallen to 7.7% as some 146,000 jobs were added to the economy last month, according to the Labor Department. This is the lowest unemployment rate since December 2008.
The unemployment rate reportedly fell from 7.9% in October as a result of more people stopping their search for work. Additionally, according to the Labor Department, 49,000 fewer jobs were added in September and October than previously reported.
