A gun-rights group called The Second Amendment Foundation said Monday they will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Illinois' concealed carry law. Illinois federal district Judge Sue Myerscough ruled Friday that the 2nd amendment only allows people to keep guns in their homes, and citizens can't carry weapons on the street -- upholding the state's ban on concealed weapons in public places.
