Former Mayor Richard Daley has accepted a fellowship at Harvard University set for the week after Thanksgiving. During the visiting fellowship at Harvard University's Institute of Politics at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Daley will play a role in an upcoming seminar at Harvard for newly-elected mayors from major cities across the nation. The long-time mayor of Chicago will offer advice to the attendees of the leadership and transition conference for the new city leaders.
During the fellowship, Daley will also spend time meeting with students, participating in public policy classes, and leading discussions.
