U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-11) is finally answering the repeated calls of his constituents and will hold a town hall meeting this weekend.

The meeting is scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m. and will take place at Minooka High School, South Campus, located at 26655 W. Eames, St. in Channahon.

UPDATE: Some residents of the 11th congressional district are calling Kinzinger's planned meeting "a mockery of an open process" because it is being "held on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend", was "announced to the public on his web site a mere 48 hours before the event," and will be "held well outside of Joliet itself, the site of weeks of protests by unemployed workers, faith leaders, and labor allies."
