National parks in the Great Lakes area is suffering from climate change, according to a report issued by the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Citing shoreline erosion and the decline of wildlife and plants, the report listed five destinations including the Indiana Dunes in Indiana, Isle Royale, Sleeping Bear and Pictured Rocks in Michigan; and Apostle Islands in Wisconsin.
