Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the nation's schools chief, Arne Duncan, have thrown their support behind the national DREAM Act legislation. The two will hold a joint conference call later today discussing the piece of legislation, which would let undocumented youths get a college education by serving in the military. Congress is scheduled to start discussions on the bill tomorrow.
