President Barack Obama is set to announce that Chicago will host a NATO summit next year on Afghanistan from the White House later tonight. The summit will take place May 15 to May 22 and will overlap at the same time as a meeting of the Group of Eight, a collection of several major industrialized countries whose officials will be discussing major global issues.
