Illinois House Democrats have revealed their new map of the state's districts, which, if approved, would leave some Republicans in a lurch. The new plan would move some Republicans into the same district and make it harder for them to win others. A public hearing is planned for Sunday to allow Illinoisans to voice their thoughts on the proposal.
