U.S. District Judge James Zagel said Thursday that he doesn't expect to seat a jury in the retrial of impeached Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich until early next week. One difficulty in jury selection has revolved around prospective candidates disclosing that they had definite opinions about the former governor. Tensions also rose briefly between attorneys on both sides when the government asked Zagel to dismiss an unemployed man who said he spends his days watching reruns of "The Beverly Hillbillies." Zagel dismissed the man on the grounds that he "seems to be entirely detached from reality."
