Chicago Mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel tapped Forrest Claypool as the next president of the Chicago Transit Authority, while Carole Brown will continue serving as the CTA board chair. The announcement this morning came a day after Emanuel announced his choice of Jean-Claude Brizard to lead Chicago Public Schools.
