Following the unilateral decision by Republicans in their state to end collective bargaining for most public workers, the 14 Senate Democrats who fled Wisconsin three weeks ago are headed home. The senators will return to Wisconsin now that the bill was muscled through the state's upper chamber, but one senator said he does not expect to return to the capitol until April 5, the next time the Senate is in session.
