In what was billed as a "fireside chat," Wisonsin Gov. Scott Walker told the 14 Democratic Senators who left the state to avoid the passage of a bill that would end collective bargaining for most state employees that unless they return, thousands will lose jobs. Walker said that as many as 10,000 jobs would be lost if an agreement is not made before the summer.
