Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez is ramping up criminal investigations into voter fraud complaints with Election Day on Tuesday looming and high voter turnout expected. Part of the plan includes 200 Assistant State's Attorneys out in the field watching over the polls to ensure a fair election. Alvarez said her office received more complaints than usual during the early voting period.
