U.S. Rep. Mike Quigley (IL-5) says he supports the tax cut compromise made by President Obama and Congressional Republicans. The Chicago Democrat tells Crain's that unlike many of his progressive colleagues, he plans to vote "yes" on the deal that includes extending Bush-era tax cuts for the richest Americans.
