The Chicago City Council will hold a special meeting Monday to decide on three referendums that would give voters the chance to weigh in on the lease of the parking meters, the hiring of additional police officers, and a tax on financial traders. The referendums are sponsored by Ald. Ricardo Munoz (22nd Ward), Rey Colon (35th Ward), and Joe Moore (49th Ward).
