U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin says that if neighboring states make good on their promise to reject federal funding for high speed rail, he will try to secure that money for the Prairie State. Illinois' senior senator claimed Rockford and the Quad Cities could benefit if governors in Wisconsin and Ohio turn down the funds.
