Retired four-star Gen. and former presidential candidate Wesley Clark will spend the day campaigning with U.S. Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias. Gen. Clark plans on highlighting how Giannoulias' agenda will help keep Americans safe.

UPDATE (12:30 p.m.): Gen. Clark took a swipe at GOP candidate Mark Kirk's military embellishments saying they "are a factor in this race."
