Mayor Richard Daley has tapped James Reynolds, Jr. for the job of chairman of the Chicago Housing Authority. If the City Council approves the appointment, Reynolds, currently the CEO of Loop Capital Markets, will replace parking executive Marty Nesbitt in the position.
