Just days after staging a major action outside Chicago's Hyatt Regency, UNITE-HERE Local 1 members from four Chicago Hyatt hotels will take a strike authorization vote tomorrow afternoon. Roughly 6,500 members who staff hotels across the city, including those at Hyatt, have been working without a contract since August 31, 2009.
