A new statewide Rasmussen Reports survey, puts Gov. Pat Quinn's support among likely voters at his highest level this election cycle -- and GOP gubernatorial challenger Brady at his lowest.  Here are the topline results from the new poll (with the results of the three previous Rasmussen surveys in parentheses):

Brady: 43% (47%, 45%, 45%, 47%)
Quinn: 40% (36%, 38%, 38%, 37%)
