Rod Blagojevich's defense team has asked a judge to issue a trial subpoena to President Barack Obama. The former governor thinks the president could corroborate his claims that he did not try to solicit campaign cash in exchange for nominating Valerie Jarrett to Obama's vacant Senate seat. A spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office has made no comment on the 11-page motion.
