After word spread that Rahm Emanuel said to PBS' Charlie Rose that he would like to succeed Richard Daley as mayor of Chicago, Rep. Luis Gutierrez told The Hill that Obama's chief of staff should instead "stay in the White House" or "go make millions in investment banking."  The comments were indicative of Gutierrez' frustration with the Obama administration regarding their support for comprehensive immigration reform.
