In a shake-up of the Illinois Department of Corrections, Gov. Quinn has fired three top officials in the agency: Executive Assistant Sergio Molina, Chief of Staff Jim Reinhart, and Northern Regional Supervisor Jac Charlier.  Quinn opted to leave prisons director Michael Randle in his post.  The staff changes come in the wake of the controversy surrounding the governor's early release program.
