After hearing arguments today in a case challenging Chicago's handgun ban, a majority of justices on the U.S. Supreme Court appear ready to extend the right to bear arms nationwide. While justices may not give much guidance on how far this right extends, the decision would undoubtedly strike down some state and local gun regulations.
