During an appearance on MSNBC's The Rachel Maddow Show last night, Illinois' own Rep. Jan Schakowsky said that pro-choice members of Congress are "absolutely" prepared to vote down health care legislation that contains the controversial Stupak amendment, which would limit abortion coverage even under private health insurance plans. "That is the understanding of those that are working [on the final bill]," Schakowsky said. "It's not going to pass if it has the Stupak language in it." Watch the full segment below:
