President Barack Obama rang up Pat Quinn and Alexi Giannoulias today to congratulate them on their primary election victories. Despite Quinn's 7,100 vote lead with 99 percent of precincts counted, his Democratic gubernatorial challenger Dan Hynes still hasn't conceded.
