Gov. Pat Quinn and Mayor Rahm Emanuel agreed Monday that the
Illinois Gaming Board should have regulatory authority over a proposed gambling expansion package.
The Illinois Senate Executive Committee has passed a bill that would ban the sale and delivery of high-capacity gun magazines with more than 10 rounds.
