of the state- and federally-funded medical services program, about 100
healthcare advocates joined in a rally that included U.S. Rep. Jan
Schakowsky (D-Evanston), State Rep. Esther Golar (D-Chicago), and State
Sen. Mattie Hunter (D-Chicago).
