Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, 76, of Argentina was elected the new
pope to lead the world's 1.2 billion Roman Catholics today. He is the first Jesuit
to become pope, the first non-European leader in more than 1,000 years
and has chosen the name Francis.
Wheaton College has filed suit, alongside The Catholic University of America, in D.C. District Court against the preventative services mandate outlined in the Affordable Care Act.
