Rep. Jan Schakowsky appeared on The Young Turks radio show yesterday to discuss her potential bid for the U.S. Senate in Illinois.  She told the hosts, "I feel confident ... that if I ran I could win," adding: "I have to decide if I want to spend the next 18 months basically raising money."  Schakowsky reiterated that she will announce her decision on June 8.  When asked about Sen. Roland Burris' reelection prospects, she had this to say: "He’s just been embroiled in this toxic situation, and it hasn’t really gotten any better for him. ... I don’t see him as being competitive in a Democratic Primary."  Watch it:
