I like it! It tells me that Governor Quinn doesn't want to waste taxpayer dollars.

i think it is embarrassing - I've seen it on other state envelopes and newsletters. while i wouldn't want to money to be wasted, come one - labels? yikes. i know the state is poor, but that's just sad and unprofessional looking.

I like it too. It is EXPENSIVE to have all your letterhead reprinted, all your envelopes reprinted. Then, think of the waste of paper if you just chose to throw everything out that had Blogos' name on it! He put his name on EVERYTHING! Go check the toilet paper in Springfield, it probably had "Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich Toilet Paper" on it. We'll be paying to take down the signs our former Governor put up for his vanity's sake for a long, long time. Frugal use of paper supplies shows good judgement in my opinion.

First, I love that you guys posted this. Second, it tells me that Governor Quinn is the same Pat Quinn I have known for 25 years. Frugal and eco-friendly.

I love it too. It's resourceful. We're all lacking resources these days, so it pays to be resourceful.

I'm not surprised at all by this. It's going to take our state some time to get used to a leader who isn't a corrupt, self-indulgent money-waster. But I have a feeling we'll come to love this guy!
