As part of their ongoing series of interviews with all 50 aldermen, Fox Chicago's morning show talked to Ald. Scott Waguespack (32nd Ward) this morning.  The segment moves fast, but he touches on a few important issues: TIF transparency, government accountability, and the fact that aldermen are often given insufficient amount time to consider far-reaching ordinances (in this case, the parking meter lease).  Watch it:
