That's the number of African-American delegates -- out of 2,380 total -- at the Republican National Convention last week.  The Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies found that this was the lowest African-American representation (1.5 percent) at the convention in 40 years.  Kind of puts in context GOP congressional candidate Aaron Schock's comments to the RNC about "reaching out to all Americans."

By contrast, the Democratic convention included 1,087 African-American delegates out of 4,440.
